Managing your sale through to completion
As important as finding a buyer is keeping them and managing your sale through to completion.
Once you've had and accepted an offer there are usually 8-12 weeks of specialised chain management and progression of your sale through to exchange of contracts.
Whilst it's not the most glamorous part of our job, it is undoubtedly the most technical and what you pay a large portion of the fee for us to manage for you.
The industry average fall through rate is 30% and it is much higher with agents that don't have well trained qualified estate agents managing that file on a daily basis after a sale has been agreed.
