Lauristons state of the art new website launched in late 2017 attracts 1000s of people every day to us, and that Google ranks on page 1 when people search for estate or lettings agents in our towns. We are available to our customers 24/7 and have made it mobile friendly without the need for extra apps. We have pioneered a platform to reach out to over 4000 local people through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram who aren't even registered with us to promote every instruction we have to the most relevant audience. We then use all that data to provide value to our customers through regular updates, local news, useful advice and of course property updates.
As importantly, once we have found your buyer, there are 8-12 weeks of specialised chain management and progression of your sale through to exchange of contracts. Whilst it's not the most glamorous part of our job, it is undoubtedly the most technical and what you pay a large portion of the fee for us to manage for you. The industry average fall through rate is 30%. It is much higher with agents that don't have well trained qualified estate agents managing that file on a daily basis after a sale has been agreed.
