Usually dealing with an estate agent fills me with dread but I have only good things to say about my experience with Lauristons and Ollie Francisco in particular. Ollie has been excellent, from first call to handing the keys over he has been nothing but helpful, professional and friendly as well as incredibly knowledgeable (and answered my many questions with good humour and whit). After recently moving property after numerous viewings, having one particular viewing with Ollie that wasn't to my liking, but was then recommended another property that was perfect and able to view it on the same day. Ollie was fantastic and have to say, that the whole process using Lauristons has been outstanding, seamless and smooth. Communication with all members of the team at Lauristons fantastic and love their friendly approach to the business style. Will definitely be using them again and feel safe in the knowledge that I feel supported in our lovely new property.

I would like to say how impressed I was with the level of professionalism, speed of service and accuracy with how my search for a new property was handled by Lauristons.
The team know the area with insightful knowledge and I must single out Ben Butler for his exemplary personal attention.
Ben understood our requirements very quickly from our brief and fired over details of seven properties and secured viewings to four of them within 24 hours.
Ben was friendly and highly professional and not pushy .... he put us at ease and gave us some key essential information on the area. Great job and very happy with the total experience.

I’m just about to move to my new home with my boyfriend thanks to Claire! She is very friendly and she always responds to all my emails very quickly. We asked for another viewing after we made an offer and Georgia was happy to show us the apartment again, which was very nice considering she didn’t have to do that. Claire Hamilton and Georgia Davison are both very professional and so friendly that it makes me want to work for Lauristons in Putney too! Thank you 😊

Have engaged with the lettings side of Lauristons Putney I decided to go with the sales team - Nicolas and his team, for the sale. From start to finish both Nic and Ben were excellent to work with. They provided me a sensible sales valuation and worked to get the right buyer in what was a tricky time. They were very good at providing me feedback after each viewing, engaged effectively through the sales process following up with the buyers and their solicitors when required to push things forward. I would certainly use this team again if doing the sale again.

She was super informative and had all the information we needed.
