At Lauristons we have focussed our experience and invested specifically into the Property Management area of the Lettings business. Our research has shown that the best way for us to look after your property as if it were our own, is to centralise our dedicated specialist Property Managers and Investment Team.
- We can handle everything from the time your tenant is found through to when the property is handed back to you
- We will be available to you from 9 till 6 Monday to Friday and 9 till 5 Saturdays
- We can ensure that we give you a consistent service by employing a very experienced team with many years in property management and Lettings.
- We can sustain clear communication channels with all our Landlords and Tenants by utilising a specially designed support centre with regular training and technology updates.
- We will look after your home or investment as if it were our own.
- We work directly with the Lettings accounts department to make sure transactions and payments are processed as quick as possible.
At Lauristons we offer three main service levels: Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Fully Managed. Each involves a different degree of service which will be dependent on your needs as a landlord. The services we offer and our charges are listed below.
