When you choose to let your property with Lauristons it is important that you understand and are aware of the landlord fees for the services that we provide. As well as our offering of service levels (Fully Managed 20.4%, Rent Managed 13.2%, Tenant Introduction 13.2%) there are a range of additonal fees that you may incur for certain activities.

Accounting and Property Management

Court hearing attendance£66 per hour or £438 per day

Additional inspection requests£48 per visit
Refurbishment report and quotations£132 per report
Project arrangement fee£300 per project plus 12% of overall cost
Consultancy on request£48 per hour, plus travel and other reasonable expenses and costs
Non Resident Landlord accounting

£81 per quarter for tax retention and completion of the

documentation required by the Centre for Non Residents HMRC

TPS Deposit Registration Fee£78 per tenancy term
Land Registry search£7.20 per search of unable to provide proof of ownership
Check in inventory and check out£341 to £662 per tenancy (depending on property size)
Check in and check out (no inventory conducted) £296 to £592 per tenancy (depending on property size)

Pre tenancy preparation

Administration Fee (includes full referencing of all named tenants and guarantors)£480 per tenancy
