During my property search I viewed a number of properties with Ben from Lauristons Putney, and found him very helpful and constructive when discussing the various properties and my situation. I ended up making an offer for one of these, Ben was great at talking me through the buying process and the various considerations I needed to be aware of (but as a FTBer, was rather clueless about!) and was extremely quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Ben and Nick continued to be very responsive all the way through to completion, facilitating communication with the various parties involved in the sale. All in all I experienced a really professional and personal service, I would have absolutely no hesitation in using the services of Lauristons again, as either a seller or buyer, recommended!

Lauristons/ Ben Butler recently sold my flat in Putney. I was delighted with Ben (and Nick) who undertook the viewings. The communication prior to visits was great and they kept me well informed throughout. Viewings were conducted by the same people so they knew the property well and the detail of the refurbishment works I completed. Post agreement of the sale, Ben has been great handling small queries both sides have had. I hadn't considered this part of the service but its been the most useful part. I would highly recommend
