Buying a new home to let

When buying a property for investment, purchasers are seeking one or both of two means to create a return on their investment; capital growth or income from the yield achieved. Investing in a new build property to let at the ‘off plan’ stage can enable an investor to generate capital growth in advance of completion and prior to the receipt of income once the property is complete and occupied.

By investing in a new development early, new homes developers will often offer those early buyers discounts or additional incentives.
