Whether buying, renting or selling a property you will want to know you are dealing with a safe and professional estate agent that has your best interest at heart.

All estate agents in the residential property industry are regulated by The Estate Agents Act 1979 (EAA) and also general consumer protection legislation such as the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs)

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service for 25 years and provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service.

ARLA Propertymark

Lauristons display the ARLA propertymark protected logo. This aims to offer better protection for their clients. Members are also subject to Propertymark Conduct and Membership Rules and disciplinary procedures with sanctions for those who fall below the expected standards. Anyone using an agent displaying the Propertymark Protected logo will be confident that their agent is guiding them on their property journey.
