About Lauristons New Homes

Lauristons New homes sells between 300 & 400 new build properties each year either exclusively for the client or on an introducer basis.

This is centrally managed from our dedicated New Homes office in Wimbledon, where our expert new homes sales executives work closely with all the country’s leading property builders and many local developers, to showcase their newest developments to the public.

All of our new homes personnel are full time employees of the company and have dedicated new homes responsibilities. Their expertise of marketing a new development and in particular their experience of “off plan” selling is unrivalled.

We have a database in excess of 2,000 applicants specifically looking for brand new houses and apartments throughout West and South West London. In addition to this we have approximately 1,200 investor registered applicants. Amongst which, some 10% are significant investors with whom we either have a track record with or their activities are well known to us.

If you are looking to sell a new homes development, our dedicated new homes team will appraise your site, giving you expert advice on realistic prices backed up with factual evidence, they will provide you with buyer profiles in your chosen geographical area and research the local market for competitor developments sales rates and prices per square foot.

Once you are ready to sell your new homes, they will tailor a specific marketing proposal to fit your development, including options for interactive floor plans, you tube hosted property videos, local and national media advertising and extensive web based advertising and advise you on bespoke plan to launch your development to the public.
