Meet the team - John Adams - Operations Director

John Adams has represented Lauristons Estate Agents for the past 17 years. In that time he has gained a mass of knowledge of both the Sales and Lettings Sectors along with being highly experienced with all compliance related disciplines.

His experience in the industry has allowed John to build good relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors and he prides himself on his team's attention to detail, communication and their ability to adapt quickly to the ever-changing industry legislation and regulations.

"It’s important to remember that tenants and landlords have different needs and to keep their respective concerns front of mind. That way, we can communicate effectively with our clients and ensure that any problems are rectified in an efficient and compassionate way."

Since becoming the Operations Director, John has helped the company grow its reputation and client base. The largest responsibility for John is ensuring colleagues across the business are kept abreast of the many compliance changes in the lettings industry, which he achieves by building updates into the day to day business activities.
