Announcing the launch of Lauristons Livestream - remote video valuations and viewings

Lauristons today launched their remote valuation and viewings service Lauristons Livestream. The service allows sellers and landlords to get an accurate valuation of their properties without needing to have an adviser visit the property with them.
We use a mix of video streaming and expert knowledge to give accurate valuations on client’s properties.
As part of the service we also provide our clients’ with a view of the local marketplace, tips and ideas for improving the property and advice on how best to market it. We’re happy to use whatever the service of choice is for our clients, whether that’s WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype or another provider.
Buyers and renters also benefit from Lauristons Livestream as we are able to offer first viewings via a live webstream with one of our sales advisers. As they’re live in the property they can talk through its features and focus on any areas of interest for the customer - which really gives the feeling of being in the property.
And as an added bonus they will also be able to show client’s outside the property and the surrounding area, something which is not available through other options such as photographs and 360 degree videos. Again, we are flexible to the live streaming provider of choice for each individual.
The service has been launched in response to the risks from Coronavirus and the recent restrictions on movement, but actually is a great time saver for everyone involved.

This service is a brilliant solution for lettings. Often tenants look through a number of properties before finding the one that suits their needs. Whilst we take excellent photos of the properties, it’s hard to capture the feeling of space, the impressive views or the high specification that a number of our rental properties offer through a photograph.
