Weekend Sales AssistantSouth West & South East London

Basic office skills are required and a confident approach and good telephone manner are essential.

The role involves speaking to applicants and clients both face to face and on the telephone, visiting properties to conduct viewings, and generally being part of the Sales Team selling or letting our homes in the area. 

Car driver/owner essential as we need to be able to chaparone our customers to the properties from the office, often seeing a few in one visit.    

Estate Agency experience would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. Working hours will be alternate Saturdays, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Lettings Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the management team at Lauristons Estate Agents.  Due to a recent promotion, a vacancy has arisen for a Lettings Manager in one of biggest and busiest offices on Lavender Hill in Battersea.

Reporting into the Lettings Director you will be a key member of the branches success story leading an experienced team of lettings negotiators, providing leadership, guidance, training and support.  Successful candidates would need at least 5 years industry experience, and previous experience as a lettings manager.  

They would need to be passionate about what they do, about achieving their goals, about offering our customers an experience they cant get anywhere else,  taking pride in what they do, not comprising at any corner, and persevering until they get the outcome they need.  Innovative and craving for self development.

Property Manager

A challenging role ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving challenging but rewarding environment. You will need to demonstrate a varied range of skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team in managing our pipeline of fully managed properties.  Attention to detail is key as well as an ability to juggle and prioritise tasks.

You must be highly organised, a confident communicator, an efficient problem solver, a shoulder to cry on, while delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times.  Previous experience as a property manager is preferred but not essential.

Working Monday-Friday 08.30-17:30, reporting to the Head of Property Management and working closely with Property Management team, the role is based in our Head Office in Wandsworth.  The role attracts a competitive basic salary tailored to the experience of the candidate, as well as commission and benefits package.

Lettings Progressor, Renewals Coordinator

A demanding role ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving business. You will need to demonstrate a varied range of skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, helping to manage Lauristons pipeline of unexecuted tenancies and also tenancies that are coming up for renewal.  Attention to detail is key as well as an ability to juggle and prioritise tasks.

You must be highly organised, a confident communicator, who can work well under pressure working to tight deadlines compliantly, while delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times.  Previous experience as a lettings progressor/renewals coordinator is preferred but not essential.

Based in our Head Office in Wandsworth Head Office, this role is Monday - Friday 08.30-17.30 and reporting to the Head of Compliance and Tenancy Services, the role is based in our Head Office in Wandsworth.

We are currently seeking motivated sales people with at least 24 months experience in Residential Sales to join our sales teams in Battersea & Balham.   The roles are to be the right hand person to the Sales Manager, offering support in all areas of the running of the department, offering guidance to the more junior members of the team, whilst valuing and selling property to the standards we expect.
