Personal development

From the first day someone joins the business and starts their induction we provide a clear plan straight away on what training is needed and how and when we will provide it.

When you start you will receive a 'Lauristons passport', to take with you on your journey around the business in the first three months. This will involve meeting colleagues to understand what everyone does and really get a feel for our culture and what we are trying to achieve. After this is complete, you will have a 121 with the Managing Director to give your insights and feedback on what you have seen before being signed off as an official colleague.

At Lauristons we have a number of Apprentices across the business who are getting invaluable training in a role as well as working towards formal accreditation. 

We support apprenticeships across the business, and have apprentices which are just starting out from school right through to established members of staff who are taking the training to further their knowledge and support career development. 


We welcome graduates to Lauristons and have a range of roles that would suitable a wide variety of disciplines from business management through to accounts. We provide a forward thinking environment where ambition is recognised and rewarded through structured career plans.

And as we're part of LSL property group, we can also offer progression into roles outside of the main Lauristons business.
