We have significantly increased the level of business and have welcomed a large number of clients in 2006, whilst retaining our exisiting Landlords. To Let and Manage a client's home is not a responsibility we take lightly, which is why we at Lauristons are continually looking for ways to further improve our service to the client. We have now established a lettings administration / progression department, whose sole function is to co-ordinate the let once a price has been agreed with the Landlord. The department will pro-actively reference the Tenants, checking in detail their suitability, prepare their property in accordance with legislation, draw up the tenancy agreement, collect the monies and move the tenants in whilst communicating every step of the way to the Landlord.
