Danny was very helpful in giving advice during the period that the tenant was not paying rent in 2009 and prior to us taking possession in August 2009. We then had three separate purchasers; the first two dropping out unexpectedly but the final one coming up trumps. What should have been straightforward was complicated by the initial loss of the title deeds and the uncertain nature of the parking rights at the property.
You were very good at gently but regularly pushing the various parties and not least the solicitors who worked at their own pace and in their own very individual ways (I put it as politely as possible!).
