All our contractors who have been vetted are members of a recognized trade body and have ensured they hold appropriate public liability insurance, adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and regulations.
Lauristons Property Management operates in a centralized office so that communication between each and individual member of staff is of the highest standard. This supports our Customer Service approach when liaising with both Landlord and Tenant and provides an efficient platform to pro-actively deal with tenants requirements while making sure our clients home remains safe & sound throughout the tenancy.
