Lauristons new homes department launched their first developement of new homes for sale for its clients crest homes at the laundry sunlight site in Wimbledon

Lauristons established its lettings & property management department at Wimbledon office and started developing a portfolio of properties it manages and lets out on belhalf of its clients

Lauristons opened its Battersea sales and lettings office in Lavender hill along with its award winning designed new homes sales office in Teddington.

Lauristons opened its Putney sales and lettings office in Upper Richmond road Putney.

Marks the change in Lauristons branding both colour scheme and logo shape.

Lauristons opened its sales and lettings offices in Balham on the Balham high road

2010 Marks the subtle change in Lauristons branding along with a company strapline that promotes what Lauristons stands for, local, trusted, recommended.

 

In July 2012, Lauristons was acquired by LSLi Property Services, one of the UK's leading residential property services companies. Lauristons continues to operate as an independent brand within the LSL group. 

 

 

In February 2013 Lauristons set off on the first phase of their planned acquisition trail by acquiring I-Manage Property
