The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency personnel. All members have to complete a minimum entry qualification and are bound by rules of conduct. All sales staff will be trained to NAEA qualified standard and the necessary examinations completed.
We are members of the UK Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents (OEA). The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between Member Agencies and customers who are buying, selling, letting or renting residential property in the UK. We will expect all our staff to uphold the scheme and its complaints procedure.
We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which was established under the Housing Act 2004. The legislation requires landlords to register details of the start and end of all Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST) on which they take a deposit. The Dispute Service (TDS) is an Independent, not-for-profit company that resolves complaints and disputes arising in the private rented sector.
