Our Lettings department has continued to grow year on year having welcomed a large number of new clients in 2012, whilst retaining our existing Landlords. To Let and Manage a client's home is not a responsibility we take lightly, which is why we are continually looking for ways to further improve our service to the client.

The department pro-actively prepares the tenancy in accordance with current legislation, and moves the tenants in whilst communicating with the Landlord and Tenants.
