• Available free to all sole agency instructions received where an Assured Short Hold Tenancy would apply to the prospective tenancy under the 2005 Housing Act.

• The policy is available for all instructions received in this period where a tenancy is executed by Lauristons prior to 31st December 2011

• Lauristons are permitted to erect a to let/let by board upon instruction and permitted to remain in place until 14 days after the tenancy has been executed, unless lease restrictions prevent

• The Landlords Rental Insurance is only available through Lauristons chosen insurer who will also be responsible for referencing the tenants

• The offer is only available subject to a successful application to the Insurer upon the let being agreed, subject to their own terms and conditions

• The Insurer’s policy terms and conditions are available upon request
