Lauristons Free HIP Offer

Terms & Conditions

• Upon successful completion of a sale to a buyer introduced via  Lauristons we agree to refund the full value of the Home Information Pack as a deduction from our sales invoice.

• The free HIP offer applies to sole agency instructions received in the period between 1st March 2010 and 31st May 2010.

• Lauristons are permitted to erect a for sale/sold board upon instruction and permitted to remain in place until completion of the transaction

• The HIP is only available through Lauristons chosen provider “EHIPPS” via the Lauristons Hippos Network.

• In the event that your property is sold through another estate agent, sold privately or withdrawn from the market the cost of the Home Information Pack will not be refunded by Lauristons
